I LOVED these papers! Some of it was really busy and it was challenging to work with lots of patterns but I loved it! The first layout is also my challenge for scrapmojo, which is a neat challenge blog. I did lots of handwritten journaling on these, something I have needed to do more of.
For the sanding technique on this, i just used a metal nail file. the metal file allows you to trace a more precise outline and finer sanding strokes. Its a really neat effect! Try it on a photo that was blurred or one you wont use first to get a feel for the type of file you use!

I, too, am a fan of the layout with the tree and the "green swirlees"! All the layouts are cool, though, and distinctly London--you are indeed (as your blog explains) settling into a particular style that's wonderful.
