I love this new "Get Happy" line from Cosmo Cricket! There are so many things these papers work great for...layouts, birthday cards, thank you cards etc. etc. I altered a "President's" cheese box (you can find these at Safeway or Rosaurs) as a gift box for Mother's Day. The extra bonus is eating good cheese with crackers (I think this one was Camembert)- one of my favorites.
I printed off all of my greetings on the computer...the colors of the paper were washed out a bit from the camera flash- it's too bad, that's the best part of these papers...the colors! Super bright and cheerful! I freehanded the smile and inked the edges on the "you make me smile"card, as well as the petals on the blank card.
Cheers!

Gorgeous creations, absolutely amazing! Anita
I love your cards - and the altered cheese box is a great idea!
So cute. I love what you did with the neat paper. I'm going to look at empty cheese boxes differently from now on.

Aline I love your cards. There's always some sort of special twist. In this case, I like the way you folded the twill beneath the flower. It reminds me of the bows people buy at the store; except it's homespun and funky at the same time. Nice work.
fun and colorful! the cheese box is my favorite...don't you just love "trash"?!? i love the shadows and subtle markings on the paper...does it come like that or did you stamp it? great stuff!
This paper comes pre-distressed and painty-looking...it looks like a lot of work but isn't! I just used Tim Holtz on some of the edges...
these are awesome! They look very summer-ish and festive...and the box is so cute! good gift idea!
