Old World Cabbage

Jillibean Soup is making a play to be a new favorite of mine. I love the boldness of their colors and patterns and I found it really easy to coordinate their papers for this layout.

Like Suzy said, sometimes you just know the story you're going to tell when you see the paper, and that was certainly true for me. The Old World Cabbage line gave me a nostalgic feeling that I reflected in the story of my daughter abandoning her favorite childhood hat.

And then of course I made some cards.

Love the boldness of this one.

Love the whimsy of this one.

... and working with this great line of paper!

Perfect papers to go with those photos! Perfect story to go with the photos too. I had seen the abandoned hat pic before and knew there HAD to be a story. Sniff sniff.

I too am fond of Jillibean. I'm currently working on a layout using some papers from them that seem "out-of-the-mold" for them, but they're sure cute!

I really like your style. I used some of the same paper recently. I like the happiness card.
