Curious about Hybrid Scrapping?

Well, Paper Pals has everything you need to try it out!

The store has Memory Mixer software available-- a user friendly and inspirational program to get you started into digital/hybrid scrapbooking. The program is super easy to use PLUS it has oodles of papers and embellishements already built in!

Here's what I created with the software as my page base:

After I had a "basic" page, I decided to spice it up a little w/ some embellishments and paper from the store. I used some "My Minds Eye" halloween paper, Bazzill chipboard, brads, Memory Makers rub ons, paint, and from my "home collection" (i.e. rag bin)a hem from a pair of denim pants. Here's the final product:

Keep your eye out for more hybrid pages from me... Memory Mixer software is addicting!

New Bo Bunny Splendor!

I had the privilege of getting to create layouts and cards with the new Bo Bunny Splendor Collection. It was so versatile for any kind of layout or card. I had ribbon, rickrack, brads, and there is a cutout sheet that comes in the collection that was lots of fun to use in lots of different ways. I used the Cricket for my title on the Us & Mickey page at the store.

New Snowed In Line from My Minds Eye!

Another cute line from My Minds Eye. Love it! I used some machine stitching, Ranger ink in the Broken China color. I used a blue button brad from the Bazzil Stitchin' collection to hold on part of my title. I also used some Thickers for my title. I like to mix up the fonts on the lettering to add a little variety. I made a couple of cards with the same paper. If I want to keep the front from becoming to busy I will journal on the back side of my Layout. Thanks for looking!

There is some really cute snowflake ribbon that is next to this paper in the store. Make sure to check it out. It was just the right touch for my card and I am looking forward to using more of it for Winter projects. Race you to it!

Spooky But Cute Circle Album!

I had so much fun with the new My Minds Eye Halloween papers! I love to make little paper craft projects, this one is for my daughters teacher this year. I used my Crop-O-Dile and made holes in some cut out circles of chipboard. I covered them with the cute patterned card stock and then embellished with the page of cut outs. I also used my new favorite technique, I used a sharpie to color my clear gems with orange and black. Tie a little ribbon on and your done. So easy and so cute with the coordinated line!

RUN, don't walk, to Paper Pals to pick up some of this new "Happy Holidays" line of paper from Fancy Pants Designs---designed by our very own Jackie Eckles!!! (Actually, Jackie "defected" and moved clear across the country to Mississippi, but we still love her AND her papers!!!) :0)
Just one note---I used "Crystal Stickles" on the heart on the "We Love Santa" layout, but it didn't scan well! This paper is soooooo much fun, I think you will love it, too!!!

American Crafts - Travel Line

I loved this Travel line paper from American crafts. I cut it up and I used the Thickers for the car and the arrow. I made little headlights for the car with clear rhinestones that I then colored with a red sharpie.

I made this book from a old childrens board book that I cut up and then reused the pages. I used a piece of clear acrylic for the cover. I love my Zutter Bind it all it works so great for the little books I love to make. I used the Travel line and the Thickers on this book also. More colored rhinestones and the really cool American crafts ribbon.

I added an envelope to the inside of the book and used a really cool stamp I got from Paper Pals .

Happy Halloween! Every year I make little gifts for my kids Teachers, this year, little paper covered bottles that used to hold my prima flowers!

Loved this cute Halloween paper. It had lots of colors to it so I did not have to worry so much about my photos "matching" the paper. I just cut it up a little added a little ribbon and was done. Super fast, super cute.
